This is a lab tested mycotoxin free coffee. Produced Santa Isabel with assistance from our friends from Los Volcanes Coffees based in Antigua Guatemala. The Floral profile from Santa Isabel is coffee grown with a living soil style cultivation. No pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemicals are used to grow this crop outside of compost that is created at the farm with ingredients also grown on the farm. It's super sustainable, and super cool.
