This coffee comes from the Alarcon family farm, La Palestina, one of the largest farms in the Origin Coffee Lab network. The farm is divided into seven plots in Peru, managed by the Alarcon brothers. They collectively pick and process the coffee for better efficiency, allowing for consistent quality and experimentation.
