Our Limited Series Thai is the result of a rare collaboration between land, forest, and community in Chiang Rai, Thailand. This coffee is produced by Phongsathorn Khunta and the Phucheedeun Forest Conservation Organic Coffee Community Enterprise. The result is coffee that reflects its environment in both structure and flavour, with notes of maraschino cherry and cherry cola.
