This Pink Bourbon comes from Santa Maria, Huila, grown at 1,800 MASL, known for its volcanic soils and high elevation. The coffee undergoes a semi-washed process, starting with 24 hours of cherry pre-fermentation, followed by 36 hours of aerobic fermentation. Expect bright tangerine and citric acidity, balanced by green apple crispness and a lingering floral finish.
