Diima means 'red' in the local Oromia language, reflecting the aromatic descriptors present in this coffee. Our Ethiopia Lalesa features notes of berries (blueberry, blackberry), flowers (jasmine, violet), and tropical fruits (mango and banana). The espresso is intensely fruity and refreshing, reminiscent of a fruity yogurt drink when combined with milk.
