Grown at 1,800 meters in Yirgacheffe, this honey-processed lot expresses heirloom varieties like Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho, nurtured in rich red soils. After two days of fermentation, the coffee is pulped and dried on raised beds, preserving sweetness and clarity.
