About
This coffee comes from the plateaus of Lintongnihuta, in the Lake Toba region. It combines two exceptional varieties—Ateng and Bergendal—cultivated by small producers on local farms. Its traditional Giling Basah process gives it a silky body, citrus acidity, and aromatic complexity revealing notes of prunes and molasses.
