This honey processed lot comes from an indigenous group in the Aponte region of Colombia. Aponte is a misty paramó region in the Andes at 1900-2200+ meters above sea level. The people of Aponte are Inga, a pre-Colombian indigenous group related to the Incas. Honey process is the standard processing method here. Each farmer processes their own coffee.
