About Dorothea Coffee
Dorothea Coffee is a micro-roastery in Mount Vernon, WA. They aim to offer interesting and fun coffees while exploring coffee’s place in the world and history. Coffees are available through the site, by subscription, and at restaurants, cafes and markets. The roastery is open daily 8AM–3PM with a limited menu (no espresso machine): drip coffee, iced coffee, cold brew, hot and iced tea, and pourovers. The roastery’s name comes from the city Dorothea in Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities; they list several Seattle and regional partners where their coffees are available.
