Our limited-edition release comes from the visionary producer Wilton Benitez, whose pioneering approach at Granja Paraíso in Colombia has reshaped what’s possible in the cup. Wilton’s passion lies in precision. His thermal shock fermentation method heightens the expressive nature of the rare Pink Bourbon variety — capturing vibrant aromatics and fruit complexity while preserving the coffee’s delicate sweetness. In the cup, it opens with the elegance of Grenache — silky red fruit and soft tannins — before blooming into orange blossom florals and finishing with the nostalgic richness of marzipan.
