This Uganda coffee combines the pure mountain character of Mt. Elgon with modern processing using yeast that enhances the coffee's flavor without altering its terroir. The combination of SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties gives the coffee juicy fruitiness and beautiful freshness. The profile is clean, surprisingly complex, and very drinkable every day.

Diamonds Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roastery and bean‑to‑bar chocolate maker from Dunajská Lužná, Slovakia. Founded by Tomáš and Dáša, they roast with care, tasting over 800 coffees a year to select about 50 exceptional lots, and package their products with playful designs.
