About
This cascara comes from the Guacanas farm in Colombia, where an exceptional Bourbon variety is grown. After hand-picking, it was processed using the dry method, giving it an intense and complex flavor. In the cup, notes of hibiscus tea, honey, and berry fruit develop. It's refreshing, fruity, and slightly sweet – ideal as a warm drink or iced tea on hot days.

Diamonds Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roastery and bean‑to‑bar chocolate maker from Dunajská Lužná, Slovakia. Founded by Tomáš and Dáša, they roast with care, tasting over 800 coffees a year to select about 50 exceptional lots, and package their products with playful designs.
