Today, the farm focuses on natural coffees, which are more expensive and risky to produce than washed coffees, relying on favorable weather conditions, expert knowledge, and meticulous monitoring to prevent overfermentation. In this single-estate natural coffee, we’re tasting sweet notes of strawberry jam, tart raspberry, milk chocolate, and undertones of orange liqueur, for a rich, full-bodied offering.
