This 100% Gesha variety comes from El Jardín, a farm with a rich history and a bold new future. It was processed with a 3-day, mixed-picking fermentation to develop complex lactic and malic acids creating a layered, expressive cup. Tasting Notes: Papaya – Lush and juicy with tropical sweetness, Coriander – Light spice and herbal complexity, Lemongrass – Bright citrus clarity with a clean finish.
