This batch is an experimental work that combines science and tradition. The Caturra cherries, harvested at their optimal point, undergo a double fermentation with organic cinnamon must and selected yeasts. The result is an enveloping cup with spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate, juicy citrus acidity, and silky body. A coffee for those seeking something truly different.
