Paraizinho

This special batch of extended fermentation comes from producer Amarildo Jose Borges and his Fazenda Paraiso estate, located near the town of Carmo do Paranaiba in the Cerrado region. The cherries were fermented for 72 hours to intensify the flavors and complexity of the bean, and then dried in the sun on a cement patio, following the natural process.

D·Origen Coffee Roasters is a pioneering specialty coffee roaster based in Barcelona, Spain. Founded in 2012, they operate their own farm in Panama, roast seasonal single-origin coffees daily and have won Spain’s Best Espresso awards (2014, 2016, 2023).
