This coffee is cultivated in the Sierra Madre of Chiapas, within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. It is produced by over 500 farming families organized in cooperatives, emphasizing respect for the land and biodiversity. Each cup reflects a living ecosystem and a dignified way of life.

D·Origen Coffee Roasters is a pioneering specialty coffee roaster based in Barcelona, Spain. Founded in 2012, they operate their own farm in Panama, roast seasonal single-origin coffees daily and have won Spain’s Best Espresso awards (2014, 2016, 2023).
