Our Fair-Trade Organic Papua New Guinea Purosa A/X hails from the Eastern Highlands and is procured by over 3,000 farmers. Due to the mineral-rich volcanic soil, these farms can supply two crop cycles per year. This lot is de-pulped and dried in parchment, then milled and bagged for export.
