Cupping Room Coffee Roasters is an award‑winning small‑batch specialty coffee roastery in Hong Kong. Founded in 2011 at Stanley Plaza, they aimed to bring carefully roasted and prepared coffee to locals in a comfortable setting. They opened a Central location in 2015 with an on‑site bakery and added a Po Hing Fong roastery and coffee bar in 2016, roasting on a Probat UG15 Retro. By 2021 they expanded into prominent shopping malls like Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering champion‑standard coffee, all‑day breakfasts and signature pastas.
