This coffee placed #10 in this year's Cup of Excellence competition. We find it to be a dynamic cup with notes of dark chocolate and fresh fruit that are greeted by a sharp, citrus acidity. The aftertaste lingers and is reminiscent of molasses, cacao, and roasted nuts. We love how approachable this coffee is while still offering the complexity and balance that you would expect from a coffee with such a high honor as a COE winner.
