Sidra Wave from Finca Soledad is a clear cup with crisp acidity and juicy body. Notes of lemongrass, chamomile tea, and white grapes combine with milk chocolate for a long-lasting aftertaste. This Sidra variety is a hybrid of Red Bourbon and Typica, showcasing complex aromatics.
