Located just minutes from the Río Canchis that divides Peru from Ecuador, CAC CEBICAFEN is a relatively small cooperative with modest beginnings that continues to grow in size and sophistication. This medium roast contains notes of green grape aromatics, dried fruit, cherry, orange, sweet starch, bright acidity with soft body. Limited quantities available.
