This three bean blend is our attempt to create a lighter roast that mimics the wonderful coffee that Tara and I experienced while visiting Italy in 2016 and 2017. You will notice a bright, sweet, clean note in this blend and while it is specifically designed for espresso applications, it is equally delicious as a drip, french press or pour over.
