About Copenhagen Coffee Lab
Copenhagen Coffee Lab is a Danish-owned coffee chain with its own roastery, bakery and cafés across Denmark, Germany, France and Portugal. The founders include experienced coffee professionals and master bakers; the business combines high-standard coffee with home-baked bread and pastries. The team travels to source beans, builds long-term relationships with producers, and roasts each batch at their Sydhavnen roastery in Copenhagen to develop the right profile for each origin. They focus on craftsmanship, continuous learning and delivering a warm, carefully designed café experience. Their cafés use a slightly industrial ‘laboratory’ aesthetic with warm touches; the brand emphasises quality, traceability, sustainability (including organic and Fairtrade offerings) and creating little oases where customers can enjoy coffee, bread and pastries made to high standards.
