This coffee comes from Panaikang, a village in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, at an altitude of 1,300 to 1,500 MASL. It is produced by Yolan Tirta, the founder of Toduri Coffee. They started processing specialty coffee in 2016. Ripe coffee cherries are selectively picked, de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried under the sun.
