COLO Coffee Roasters is a specialty roaster and café group based in Bogotá, Colombia. Founded around 2017 by veteran brewers, it celebrates the diversity of Colombian coffee with single‑origin beans, adds value to farmers and operates several coffee bars and restaurants in the city.
About Colo Coffee Roasters
COLO Coffee Roasters was born in 2017 out of more than two decades of brewing experience. Inspired by the richness of Colombia’s people and land, the founders launched the brand to offer better coffee to Colombians and to give coffee growers a fairer share. They roast only Colombian specialty coffees and describe their mission as bringing the diversity of Colombia into a cup. The company runs a restaurant, coffee bars and a roastery in Bogotá, including Usaquén, Zona T, Emprendu, Quinta Camacho and Chapinero locations. Through experiences like guided coffee tastings, COLO Coffee shares the stories behind each farm and process. The brand champions sustainability and carbon negativity while highlighting the craftsmanship of Colombian farmers.
