Hailing from the mountains of Northern Sumatra, Indonesia Sibalanga is a coffee that is carefully hand-picked, sorted and wet-hulled by local producers. This process kickstarts the fermentation straightaway, implementing big, bold and juicy flavours. This espresso pours thick and smooth, with notes of bittersweet chocolate and citrus.
