More than a decade ago, Codos was born in Hamburg’s vibrant Schanzenviertel as a humble coffee bar fueled by a shared passion for exceptional coffee and meaningful connections. Rooted in family spirit and symbolised by their bulldog mascot Snatch, the business grew into a network of coffee spots across Germany. Codos remains loyal to quality and to its community, roasting specialty coffee in Hamburg and creating warm places where people can connect and enjoy great coffee. Their cafes in Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover and Hildesheim embody their mantra: connection, comfort and coffee for everyone.
