Situated in the highlands of the Gedeb district, in Ethiopia’s Gedeo Zone, Chelchele is celebrated for its fertile red-brown soils and ideal coffee-growing conditions at elevations from 1,900 to 2,100 metres. The Chelchele processing site features extensive infrastructure, including fermentation tanks and drying beds to carefully process both washed and natural coffees.
