Our latest decaf coffee comes from the Quetzal lot exported from Mexico by our green bean merchant partners - Ensambles. This coffee was harvested by 24 communities in the Region VI Frailesca and Sierra Mariscal areas of Chiapas. The Mountain Water Decaf process uses pure spring water to remove caffeine while preserving flavor.
