This washed coffee comes from Guatemala’s Antigua region and is produced by Coffee Bird, a family-owned, female-led sourcing company founded by Marta Dalton. With deep roots in coffee dating back to 1864, Marta continues her family’s legacy by working directly with farmers to streamline sourcing and support innovation. Cherries are selectively harvested by Brix level, then carefully fermented, washed, and dried for a clean, vibrant cup.
