Our Sugarcane Decaf is a long standing blend of coffees from the Huila and Tolima region. This coffee was grown on sloping green hillsides, that sit between 1500 and 1900 meters above sea level. This high altitude, growing region and unique processing method gives this coffee a complex acidity and rich sweetness that reminds us of toffee, cashew nut and lemon.
