Dry anaerobic fermented Castillo beans drenched in tropical mango and wild sugars explode with unruly sweetness, stone fruit punch, and syrupy body. Matching the madness is the Dragonfruit Co-Ferment, also Castillo from Jairo Arcila. Exotic, funky, it layers delicate florals, bright red berry zing, and a subtle citrus snap, adding dimension and depth to the flavour riot.
