Our decaf is deliciously sweet and smooth. It's often difficult to tell it's decaf! This coffee was grown and processed by various growers in the San Agustín municipality, an organization in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia. The sugar cane EA decaffeination process preserves the natural flavors while adding sweetness.

Canyon Coffee, founded in 2016, roasts certified organic and regenerative coffees by hand in Los Angeles with a focus on balance, consistency, and everyday ritual. They operate an Echo Park café and sell coffee and related goods online and through retailers nationwide.
