Camber Coffee was founded in 2015 by three certified Q-graders in Bellingham, Washington. They launched with the goal of sourcing and roasting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity and balance, cupping every roast to ensure quality and forming close relationships with farmers. In 2017 Camber opened their flagship café, part of the Tony’s Coffee family, serving house-made pastries, breakfast and lunch alongside their carefully roasted coffees. The team believes in treating people with kindness and continues to explore new ways to deepen connections with producers and their community.
