About
The Buku Abel washing station, founded in 2019, is located high up in the Guji Highlands of Ethiopia at an altitude of 1900 – 2100 masl. The cherries are pulped, fermented, and carefully washed before being dried on raised beds, resulting in a coffee with a refreshingly clean taste with distinct notes of peach, caramel, and strawberry jam.

Cafeistas is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe in Peristeri, Athens, Greece. Launched in 2011 by Coffee Republic SA, it roasts single‑origin beans and blends in-house, with a roastery and shop under one roof. Known for coffee cans resembling motorcycle oil cans and a full coffee experience.
