This microlot is 100% Caturra and is produced by smallholders in rural areas in Aponte, Narino. Since 2017, the farmers have been processing honey coffees, achieving remarkable success with this method due to the low volume of coffee they process this way. The local weather conditions are ideal, allowing coffee to dry slowly and develop complex, delicate cup profiles.

Cafeistas is a specialty coffee roaster and cafe in Peristeri, Athens, Greece. Launched in 2011 by Coffee Republic SA, it roasts single‑origin beans and blends in-house, with a roastery and shop under one roof. Known for coffee cans resembling motorcycle oil cans and a full coffee experience.
