About
Smallholder Producers Heirloom Ethiopia. Organic Selection. Grown at 1900-2200 masl. Coffee cherries are delivered by smallholder farmers to the Eva Gotiti Washing Station where they are meticulously washed, fermented, and dried on raised beds. The region is well known for its high altitude and iron-rich soil which produces a complex cup.
