This coffee is a blend of several micro-lots that perfectly express the style of coffee from Huila and Narino. It is then decaffeinated at the Descafecol Decaffeination Plant in Manizales using a natural ethyl acetate process. Ultimately, it is a pleasant coffee to drink as filter and espresso.
