About
Jacinto Lopez has 3 hectares of land in the village of El Pajal in San Antonio Huista, primarily planted with Caturra, but also grows Pacamara, Bourbon, and Typica. Most of the harvesting on his farm is done by him and his family, and after harvesting, the coffee is processed and dried at his home. Jacinto is a member of the ACODIHUE cooperative and a leader in his community, supporting the cooperative in recruiting more members and training farmers in coffee production.
