Ethiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, has a traditional coffee ceremony to recognize its importance to the land and people. The Sidama roast represents the region well with bright notes of floral and fruit, and a hint of citrus. This batch is wash-processed, bringing out a clean-tasting floral cup with hints of lemon grass.
