The El Puente mill, established in 2018, is a central processing facility in Palestina, Huila. Named after a nearby bridge, it benefits over 100 farming families who deliver their coffee cherries for processing. Designed to handle larger volumes than individual farm mills, it allows producers with limited resources to sell their coffee at premium prices, improving local livelihoods.
