About
This natural processed lot is from Muhura washing station, operated by Gasange Co-operative in the Akagera region of eastern Rwanda. Ripe cherries are carefully selected and dried in the sun on raised African beds for 30-40 days. The coffee is sorted by hand to remove defects and is regularly turned to ensure even drying.
