This washed Maracaturra from Finca Pradera in Nicaragua’s Nueva Segovia is all about clarity and care. Grown at 1250–1500 MASL and produced by Luis Joaquin Lovo, it reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful processing – individual wet mills, water-conscious fermentation, and meticulous environmental stewardship from cherry to drying patio. Bright nectarine leads the charge, followed by clean lemony lift and a soft, fudgy sweetness that settles in and hangs around. Balanced, expressive, and quietly impressive.
