This lot comes from the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda, where obtaining high-quality natural coffee is quite challenging. The competition for cherries is intense, and many coffees arrive with high moisture content, affected by insects or mixed ripeness. Norman has spent years building a trusting relationship with local farmers, focusing on training larger groups in better harvesting and processing techniques.
