Five years ago, Nestor and Adrian Lasso took over their family farm, transitioning to specialty coffee with modern cultivation and production methods. They partnered with Jhoan Vergara to form El Diviso, combining their family farms in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. Their coffee has been used in barista competitions, winning the Brewers Cup in Ireland and placing third in Austria.
