This decaf coffee from San Antonio in Cauca is sweet, unctuous, and warming. Decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate, it retains all the flavor without the jitters. The producers belong to one of Colombia's largest indigenous groups, the Páez, who have stabilized the region post-conflict, allowing them to offer their delicious coffee to the international market.
