About Blueprint Coffee
Blueprint Coffee opened its first coffee bar and roastery in St. Louis in 2013, founded by a group of coffee professionals seeking a more transparent way to serve and present coffee. They collaborate with sourcing partners to select coffees that are fresh, exciting and sustainable, and maintain those qualities through precise roasting, brewing, training and service. Since that first bar, the company has expanded to multiple coffee bars and a dedicated roasting headquarters and supplies quality-driven coffee bars and retailers across the country. Its mission is to create a mutually beneficial loop among producers, staff, wholesale partners, vendors and customers.
