They buy primarily 100% Arabica from Indian estates, roast in small batches, cup every batch, and ship fresh beans quickly so customers experience the intended flavour. Blue Tokai emphasises transparency and a culture of constant learning—investing in sourcing, roasting parameters, barista training and sensory education. They run training centres and implement quality-control practices (refractometers for brewing, cupping every batch) to raise brewing and roasting standards across their cafés and partnerships.
