About
This lot of washed bourbon sidra is a unique blend from over 10 farms in Huila, showcasing exceptional quality. Known as 'sidra,' this cultivar is productive, resistant to Roya, and deliciously fruity. Its origins are unclear but believed to have been developed by Nestlé in Ecuador. Huila is one of Colombia’s premier regions for top microlots, thanks to its skilled farmers and diverse microclimates.
